XLMedia PLC (LON: XLM) said it has agreed to buy the business and assets of Sports Betting Dime (SBD) for about US$26.0mln (£18.5mln), enhancing its market position in the rapidly growing regulated US sports betting market.

Optibiotix PLC (LON:OPTI) has reduced its stake in AIM-listed former subsidiary SkinBioTherapeutics PLC (LON:SBTX) through the sale of 2mln shares. Following the disposal, OptiBiotix’s holding in SkinBioTherapeutics has reduced to 36,138,569 shares representing 23.2% of the issued share capital.
