Scancell Holdings PLC (LON:SCLP) notified that Vulpes Life Sciences Fund, a vehicle closely associated with non-executive director Martin Diggle, has purchased 400,000 company shares at an aggregate price of 19.25p apiece. Following the purchase, Vulpes has a total interest of almost 117mln shares, representing 14.4% of the total voting rights of the company.
